The tree was beautiful with a very nice shape and everything went well with the delivery as well. The only issue was that the tree was obviously cut a long time before the requested delivery date (20th Dec) and it was not fresh anymore so it started loosing its needles. The tree was beautiful with a very nice shape and everything went well with the delivery as well. The only issue was that the tree was obviously cut a long time before the requested delivery date (20th Dec) and it was not fresh anymore so it started loosing its needles. So the only improvement I could suggest would be to cut the trees in several batches if possible, to keep them fresh for later deliveries. Thank you
