What size? Allow at least 30 cm between the top and the ceiling. For a standard 250 cm ceiling, 175 to 200 cm is the most bought size.

Your Christmas tree in four steps
You pick the tree and size
Nordmann, spruce, flocked or artificial, with a stand or a wooden cross.
You pick your date
Brussels, Walloon and Flemish Brabant: Monday to Saturday. Flanders: Tuesday and Thursday.
You receive your time slot
The day before at 5pm by email, then a text as soon as the driver sets off.

Watering your tree and keeping it fresh
How long does a Christmas tree last?
A fresh Nordmann easily lasts four to six weeks indoors — from early December until past Epiphany. Provided you treat it as what it is: a living tree.
- A stand with a water reservoir extends freshness the most — top it up every day.
- Saw a thin slice off the trunk before setting it up, so it takes up water again.
- Not against a radiator or near an open fire: heat dries the needles out.
- A potted tree needs moderate watering, and should be moved outside gradually before replanting.
Payment
Pay for your tree with eco-vouchers
A natural Christmas tree is a living product, which places it in the categories covered by the Belgian eco-voucher. You can pay for all or part of your order with your electronic Pluxee, Edenred or Monizze eco-vouchers — simply select that payment method at checkout.
If your vouchers don't cover the full amount, you top it up with another payment method. Secure payment; delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode.

Christmas tree collection
Your municipality collects trees in January
In most Belgian towns and municipalities your tree is collected free of charge during January, often on your household waste day, or you can drop it at the recycling park at no cost. The exact dates are published on your municipality's collection calendar.
- Plastic-free — no decorations, no garlands, no plastic pot.
- A root ball thicker than a fist counts as chargeable bulky waste in many cities: in a flat, the cut tree is the trouble-free choice.
- Potted trees — replant them in the garden rather than putting them out for collection.

Your questions before buying
When should I buy my Christmas tree?
Buy early, have it delivered late. Buying in October or November means you still choose your date freely and get the pre-order discount; the tree is only cut and delivered on the date you set. We never cut before 20 November.
Nordmann or spruce: which one?
The Nordmann if you don't want to sweep up needles and have young children: its needles are soft and stay on. The spruce if the forest scent matters to you and you put the tree up shortly before Christmas.
How much does a Christmas tree cost?
With us a natural spruce starts at €59, a natural Nordmann at €69 and a potted Nordmann at €134. The price depends on the size and the stand you choose; delivery costs are calculated at checkout from your postcode.
How long will my tree stay beautiful?
Four to six weeks for a fresh Nordmann, provided it is watered and kept away from a heat source. A stand with a water reservoir makes the biggest difference.
Can I pay with eco-vouchers?
Yes. A natural tree falls within the scope of the Belgian eco-voucher: you pay all or part with your electronic Pluxee, Edenred or Monizze vouchers, and top up with another method if needed.
What do I do with the tree after Christmas?
