Natural and flocked trees
The delivery period for natural trees begins in the third week of November. To find out the exact dates for your locality, please consult the delivery calendar at the checkout stage, just before payment. The delivery date you can select will depend on your delivery address.
Brussels, Walloon Brabant and Flemish Brabant every day except Sunday
Flanders: Every Tuesday and Thursday
Wallonia: Every Monday and Wednesday
Luxembourg: 2 days in December (please consult the delivery calendar when placing your order before payment).
You will be notified the day before by e-mail and SMS to give you a time slot during which the delivery will be made.
Production time for flocked trees: 72h
