Lovely tree and hassle free!
Verified purchaseI loved the tree and the fact that they take care of the delivery. I noticed the tree might have already been cut for some days, I'd prefer if it's cut on the day before. Other than that it was great!

The only issue was that the tree was obviously cut a long time before the requested delivery date (20th Dec) and it was not fresh anymore so it started loosing its needles. So the only improvement I could suggest would be to cut the trees in several batches if possible, to keep them fresh for later deliveries. Thank you
