I ordered two trees this year - one for the office and one for home. They were both really lovely trees so thank you for that. The service was great and in both cases the delivery people were delightful.

The only comment I have is that the trees became quite dry by 25 December and got drier as we went towards 6 January!

The office delivery was 4 December and the home delivery date was 15 December. The 4 December tree therefore provided more joy as we all went on holiday on 18 December so it was beautiful until that date. The home tree was a really lovely tree but I would say it did not last the whole Christmas holiday to 6 January looking its best.

If you are able to deliver trees in mid December that have been cut later, maybe they could stay fresher for longer.

In any event, I thoroughly enjoyed both trees so thank you for the excellent service.

If you want to increase your sales, have you considered picking up trees from offices? This is a messy job and people generally don't want to do it themselves. The trees leave needles all over the foyer and in the lift etc. No one can find the vaccuum cleaner/ it is locked in the cleaner's cupboard, to clear up and the CEO is arriving in 10 minutes - you get the picture! An organised evacuation service might have appeal to some.
