Will my real tree be cut as soon as I order?
No. Our real trees are cut at the end of November. Your order reserves your tree, which is harvested and then delivered fresh on the date you have chosen.
When can I get my tree delivered?
Deliveries start on 20 November. We deliver throughout Belgium, on the date of your choice, until 20 December. The earlier you order, the more likely you are to get your ideal date.
Can I order a decoration set on its own?
Yes. Our sets can be ordered on their own or together with your tree, depending on your needs. With a tree, you get a 10% discount on the package.
What size tree should I choose?
It all depends on your ceiling height. Take your ceiling height minus 35 to 50 cm to leave room for the stand and the tree topper. For a standard 2.50 m ceiling, a tree of 175 to 200 cm is ideal. Find all the details in our size guide.
How can I keep my real tree fresh for as long as possible?
Place it in a water stand (or our water stand for large trees from 2 to 3 m), top it up regularly and keep it away from radiators.
